Do More Growth is a brand of Agen Digital LLP ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use domoregrowth.com, book a call, chat with us or get text messages from us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Details about your business that you share on a call, in a form, in the chat or by message.
• Your consent to get text messages, and when you gave it.

Information collected when you visit:

• Pages you view, the site that sent you, and your device and browser type. We use Umami for this. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

How we use it

• To reply to you and run the calls you book.
• To provide and improve our services.
• To send you text messages you agreed to get.
• To understand how the site is used, so we can make it better.
• To meet our legal duties.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and agree to get text messages, we use it to send you messages about your enquiry, your booked calls and our services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories in "Who we share it with" below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

• Cal.com, to book your call.
• LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), our CRM, for the chat and for messages.
• Umami, for site visit counts.
• Our hosting provider, to run the site.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Our site does not use cookies to track you, and our visit counts from Umami use none at all.

Two tools on the site may store cookies or similar data so they work properly:

• The chat, run by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), to keep your conversation going between pages.
• The booking calendar, run by Cal.com, to handle your booking.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the chat or the calendar may not work as expected.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we work with you or need it to reply to you, and after that only as long as the law requires.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop getting them.
• Email team@domoregrowth.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Keeping it safe

We use trusted services and limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
